Our office will arrange lodgment with a Private Certifier to process building approvals for the projects prepared by our office on your behalf. This has one main benefit to our office in that it provides us a direct contact with a building certifier to attend to all our needs prior to any submissions and the processing of any application for building permit. 

By engaging our office you are not obligated to use our private certifier, they are our preference and in no way should restrict you from choosing your own if you wish. We will be happy to work in with any consultant.
