The drawings while being prepared may be perused at any time, by appointment.  If you have decided to request our office to work with our usual consultant’s they will be engaged during the working drawings stage.

Once we've reached about half way stage we will obtain a Soil test and Footing design (if not already obtained).  We take this opportunity to get a copy of the incomplete drawings to you so that you have a final opportunity to go through the plans one more time.  Once we receive the Soil report the drawings will be completed.

Any building work to the value of or over $80,000.00, require the applicant paying the "Portable Long service Leave Levy "and Workplace Health and Safety notification fee. This levy and fee may be paid at any Australia Post Office, at a rate of 0.525% of the construction value of the contract.

This office will be happy to arrange payment when a cheque is received. Once receipt of payment is obtained and forwarded to the private certifier he will finalize the building application. This office can act as your agent to lodge and collect the drawings for approval.
